- Why is my gel polish chipping?
To get the most time out of our gel polishes, ensure the nail is prepped correctly (see our application guidelines for more information on this) and make sure you are applying the gel in thin, even coats.
- How can I make my gel polish last longer?
A well prepped nail and correct product application is key, but you should also be encouraging your clients to apply cuticle oil. We recommend applying oil at least twice daily. This will help your manicures stay chip free for longer.
- How long should my gel polish be lasting?
This will depend on each individual client, and some people will find that the gel lasts longer on them than others (the correct aftercare will help this) However, most people will find the gels last at least 2-3 weeks.
- Why have the bristles on my brush clumped together?
The gel polish has been exposed to direct light, either sunlight or light from a nail lamp and this has cured the brush. All our products need to be stored out of direct light, and in cool, dry place.
